Seniors Keep Fit IS NOT RUNNING IN JULY OR AUGUST AND WILL RESTART IN SEPTEMBER
Seniors Keep Fit is held on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month.
We start at 10.30, after morning Mass.
Sessions last approximately 15-20 minutes.
The exercises are aimed at every ability, standing or seated, participants are encouraged to go at their own pace.
As we get older, all those aches and pains are a great excuse to do nothing, but this is the worst thing you can do for your body. The more you move the better for your whole self.
Please join us and bring friends and neighbours, everyone is welcome.
