What is the Parish magazine?
The Parish Magazine was designed as a way to share information around the parish. All the articles are written or submitted by parishioners or by Father Sean. We accept information from all age groups.

What type of information is useful?
We accept all sorts of information, below are examples but we are always open to new ideas.
Yes we print as many pictures as we can (though most are usually printed in black and white).
Can I submit an article anonymously?
Yes, many parishioners prefer to remain anonymous, just let the editor know when you send the information and your name will not be published alongside your article.
How often is the magazine published?
There is usually a summer and winter edition.
How many copies are available?
We usually print about 200 copies.
Do you accept sponsorship from parishioners and local businesses?
Yes, provided the information is useful to parishioners. Payment is generally via donation directly to the parish office via Fr Sean.
How do I provide information?
Ideally, send your information via email to jackiecleveland@btinternet.com alternatively you can pop it in an envelope and put it through the presbytery door marked for the attention of the parish magazine editor.
How do I know when to send information?
A request for submissions is made via the parish newsletter approximately 6 weeks prior to publication. A deadline date is included and reminders are printed each week up to the deadline.
Are there any other ways I can help or become involved?
Yes! We are always seeking roving reporters to write event reviews for us and for help in actually photocopying, folding & stapling the magazine. If you are able to provide access to a good quality printer to actually print the pages (in colour or black and white) we would be very grateful to hear from you.
Is the magazine free?
We request an optional donation of £1 per copy to help pay for the photocopy/printing charges.
Is there anything that wouldn’t be printed?
Almost all the information received is used in the magazine. Occasionally we receive more information than we can print in a single edition, when this occurs we just hold articles for use in the next edition. Fr Sean reserves the right to review all articles prior to print.
